Retail Display Installer – Technology

Location: Travel up to 90 miles from home, on average. Paid drive time & mileage reimbursement.

Schedule: Work Monday–Friday. Weekends are not required.

Job Type: Per Required Need.

Work Location: Market - SS - MS - Jackson.

Role: 2020 Companies seeks a reliable, detail-oriented, and self‑motivated Field Service Representative to join our team and represent leading brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP.

  • Installing and updating sales floor fixtures and endcaps.
  • Performing buildouts, resets, and display repairs.
  • Following plan‑ograms and client‑specific directives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to field services management (within 24 hours).
  • Maintain accurate availability updates.
  • Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
  • Install and build displays, end caps, and fixtures.
  • Complete necessary forms, images, surveys before leaving the site.
  • Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests.
  • Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays are functional.
  • Participate in early morning installations and team installations when required.
  • Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks.
  • Assist team members as needed.
  • Adhere to timelines for accurate timecard submission and daily reporting.
  • Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Complete training and certification programs.
  • Accurately track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems.
  • Be available for weekend assignments as needed.

Scheduling / Planning:

  • Hours and locations may vary weekly, including occasional weekends and early morning hours.
  • Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.

Project Execution:

  • Follow all directives and execute tasks completely.
  • Work closely with the shared services team to ensure goals, identify improvement opportunities, and drive solutions.

Relationship Development:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients, retailers, and field representatives.
  • Foster collaboration and communication across teams.

Leadership & Cross‑Functional Work:

  • Demonstrate professionalism, effective communication, and strong leadership.
  • Set a high standard for behavior and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Work across all aspects of the company to ensure alignment and operational success.

Customer & Client Satisfaction:

  • Ensure customer and client satisfaction meets or exceeds KPIs.
  • Be open to providing and receiving feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 or older.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Flexible availability Monday through Friday.
  • Weekend and holiday availability as needed.
  • Early morning and late‑night availability as needed.
  • Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
  • Climb a ladder up to 10 feet in height.
  • Safely lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
  • Ability to kneel, walk, crouch, bend over, handle/grasp, and reach overhead.
  • Effective communication via phone, text, and email.
  • Use a smartphone for clocking, photos, uploads, downloads, and internet connectivity.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; previous retail or merchandising experience is beneficial.
  • Installation and merchandising experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools.
  • Ability to follow planogram directives.
  • Must own an Android or Apple mobile device to upload photos and data.
  • Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and insurance.
  • Willingness to travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment/shift/daily.
  • Strong leadership, professional communication, and presentation skills.
  • Sound decision‑making, good judgment, and effective problem‑solving.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously.
  • Must complete all training assignments within the designated time frame.
