Average annual salary ranges from $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate with uncapped commission. Paid training and a guaranteed ramp‑up rate apply during the first 60 days. Paid time off accrues at a minimum of 40 hours per year in the first year, increasing to 80 hours thereafter. Paid sick leave meets minimum state requirements where applicable.
What We’re Looking For- High school diploma or GED.
- One or more years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods (November–December).
- Minimum age 18.
- Experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Lifting up to 10 pounds.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
All Sales Consultants must complete a four‑day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date. The program may include overnight travel at company expense, and ongoing online/computer‑based training will be required during employment.
