Territory Sales Professional - Entry Level

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level outside sales professional to develop a new book of business through in-person sales calls to small and medium-sized businesses. The primary focus is new client acquisition and retention within a designated territory.

Pay Range
: $65,000.00/yr – $90,000.00/yr (Base pay)

Position Overview

Outside direct sales role with comprehensive training. You will meet face‑to‑face with business owners, benefits managers, and employees to present industry‑leading supplemental insurance products.

Core Responsibilities
  • Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build professional network.
  • Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
  • Schedule and attend meetings with potential and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with sales manager and team on monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Plan weekly schedule, submit it to manager, and record daily activity.
  • Visit new businesses, nurture relationships and follow up on referral leads.
Additional Qualifications
  • Pass high‑level pre‑employment background check.
  • Active driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain; study course provided and license fees reimbursed).
  • Bachelor’s degree or minimum 4 years post‑high school work experience (or recent graduate with relevant sales or athletic background).
