Territory Sales Professional - Entry Level
Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level outside sales professional to develop a new book of business through in-person sales calls to small and medium-sized businesses. The primary focus is new client acquisition and retention within a designated territory.
Pay Range
: $65,000.00/yr – $90,000.00/yr (Base pay)
Outside direct sales role with comprehensive training. You will meet face‑to‑face with business owners, benefits managers, and employees to present industry‑leading supplemental insurance products.
Core Responsibilities- Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build professional network.
- Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
- Schedule and attend meetings with potential and existing clients.
- Collaborate with sales manager and team on monthly and quarterly targets.
- Plan weekly schedule, submit it to manager, and record daily activity.
- Visit new businesses, nurture relationships and follow up on referral leads.
- Pass high‑level pre‑employment background check.
- Active driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain; study course provided and license fees reimbursed).
- Bachelor’s degree or minimum 4 years post‑high school work experience (or recent graduate with relevant sales or athletic background).
- Comprehensive classroom and field training program.
- Weekly draw pay option, commissions (no cap, 3‑business‑day cycle), monthly cash bonuses, quarterly stock share bonuses, incentive trips, vested renewal commissions.
