The Role

Craft Croswell is hiring an in‑office Residential Interior Design Sales Specialist. You’ll lead high‑end flooring and slab projects from initial consultation through to installation, working directly with homeowners, designers, and builders.

• Advise clients on flooring and slab options that fit their style, needs, and budget
• Manage projects from inquiry to installation
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
• Maintain strong client relationships and track project progress

• You have a background or degree in interior design
• Experience with flooring, slabs, or similar finish materials is a plus

• You enjoy meeting clients in person and helping them feel at home in the showroom
• You communicate clearly and work well with others
