Alhassani Financial Services is hiring motivated, self-driven people to join our team as Entry Level Insurance Sales Representatives. This is a ground‑floor opportunity for someone who wants uncapped income, hands‑on training, and a clear path to grow — no prior sales or insurance background needed. In this role, you'll help individuals and families protect what matters most through life insurance solutions built around their needs. You'll work both door‑to‑door in the field and with pre‑qualified leads we provide — so you're never just knocking cold. Your income is entirely in your hands: the harder and smarter you work, the more you earn.

• Meet with prospective clients through a mix of door-to-door canvassing and pre-qualified, company-provided leads
• Introduce and present life insurance products in a clear, honest, and helpful way
• Understand each family's situation and recommend the right coverage
• Guide clients through the application and enrollment process from start to finish
  
  Follow up with leads and referrals to build a steady pipeline of business
• Track your daily activity and hit weekly and monthly goals
• Represent Alhassani Financial Services professionally in every interaction

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a reliable personal vehicle for daily travel within your territory
• Must have your own mobile device (smartphone) for scheduling, communication, and submitting business
