Field-based Oncology Sales Representative responsible for the Memphis, Tennessee, and Jackson, Mississippi territories, focused on promoting oncology products
ObjectivesAchieving sales goals, educating healthcare providers on product use, and building relationships within the oncology community
ResponsibilitiesAccount management, understanding tumor types and treatment pathways, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
Requirements- Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of sales experience or high school diploma plus 8 years of relevant experience
- valid driver's license
- ability to travel 10-15% overnight
- residence near the territory
- 2+ years of oncology field sales experience
- strong performance in oncology-related roles
- knowledge of oncology practice structures, treatment options, and key stakeholders
- oncology therapeutic focus
- emphasis on customer engagement
- understanding of complex healthcare environments
- experience with multiple sales channels and market analysis
Remote with 25% travel; role involves in-person visits, national meetings, and conferences
