Position FunctionServes as a part‑time research assistant for the Experimental Seafood Processing Lab.
Employees hired into Intermittent positions are limited to working no more than 720 hours per fiscal year.
Coastal Research and Extension Center is located in Biloxi, MS and is the 'southern exposure' for Mississippi State University.
Anticipated Appointment DateFebruary 2025.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Experience with specialized software or datasets, as required by the supervisor
- Academic and/or work experience related to the field of research
- Knowledge of research methods
- Excellent time management skills
Position is contingent upon continued availability of funding.
