We are looking for experienced HVAC Service Technicians with 3+ years of experience to support our day-to-day needs for an industrial facility (must be EPA certified and have a valid driver's license). We guarantee 40 hours a week with no seasonal layoffs and this position also comes with a company truck, company paid healthcare plan and immediate paid vacation and holidays!
3+ years of HVAC service experience in commercial or industrial settings. Strong troubleshooting experience across mechanical, electrical, and control systems in HVAC service work. Hands-on experience servicing RTUs, package units, and split systems. Commitment to safe field service practices. Experience mentoring entry-level technicians. EPA Universal certification. Must be eligible to work in the United States. $30-$45/hour , based on experience Weekly pay 100% company-paid medical, dental & vision for employees Up to 4 weeks of PTO & 9 Paid Holidays 401(k) with company match $500 tool allowance Opportunities for overtime when available
