Yates Construction is seeking experienced Concrete Finishers to join their team at various locations. These professionals will construct, install, and repair concrete structures for a range of heavy industrial projects. The ideal candidates are skilled in all aspects of concrete finishing, safety-focused, and able to work in diverse environments. Yates Construction values teamwork, safety, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

- Four (4) or more years of heavy industrial-related concrete finisher experience
- NCCER Concrete Finisher journeyman certification (Level III) or equivalent experience/certification (Level II/I)
- Ability to read ISO's, Blueprints, and P&IDs
- Ability to read and interpret instructions and perform work activities independently
- Personal hand tools as per Yates Industrial Minimum Tool List
- Successful completion of required safety training (Confined Space, LOTO, Working at Heights)
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and at varying elevations
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand, walk, bend, squat, climb, and perform repetitive motions
- Ability to hear alarms and communicate effectively
- Required to wear and maintain personal PPE
