• $17.18 per hour starting rate
• $2,500 Bonus (paid over first 180 days)

• On-time passenger pick-up and delivery.
• Provide safe, reliable, and efficient public transportation to all passengers.
• Ensure safe and clean vehicle condition at the start and end of each shift.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure proper operating condition of vehicle and on-board equipment.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch or central office via two-way radio.
• Provide excellent customer service, including assisting in boarding/de-boarding of passengers, supplying information, and responding appropriately in emergencies.
• Employ all defensive driving techniques to minimize risk.
• Focus on safety to reduce opportunity for injury to self or other employees.

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical.
• Must have a CDL with Air-brake endorsement and Passenger Endorsement.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
• Ability to navigate the service area using maps and knowledge of the area.
• Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate professional demeanor and appearance.
• Maintain a strong attendance record and comply with company safety and operational rules and procedures.
