Main Responsibilities- Greeting customers and providing a great experience while fueling and washing vehicles.
- Performing vehicle readiness inspections—checking tires, fluids and other basic maintenance items.
- Keeping the facility clean and safe for customers and associates.
- Building skills through training and coaching, performing minor repairs such as tire installation, tire rotation and preventive maintenance.
- Completing other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.

- High school diploma or equivalent; prior work experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Willingness to work outside the facility.
- Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred).
- Basic computer skills.
- Compliance with company instructions, guidelines, rules and regulations.
- Adherence to DOT, OSHA and Penske safety and maintenance policies.
- Regular, predictable, full attendance.
- Current driver qualification file and DOT compliance required.
- Willingness to work the required schedule, location, complete the employment application, background screening, drug screen, physical and potential travel for training.
- Frequent movement, standing, walking, climbing, bending and sitting for extended periods.
- Hand use for grasping, reaching, handling tools or controls.
- Work safely at heights using ladders or elevated platforms.
- Work in all weather conditions.
- Visual and auditory awareness to navigate workplace safely.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
Pay: $21.50 per hour.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 12:00 pm – 9:00 pm.
Shift Differentials:
- Second shift start times after 11:00 am eligible for $2.00 per hour.
- Third shift start times after 9:00 pm eligible for $3.00 per hour.
