Professional Bilingual Tax Professional (CPA/EA/Abogado Practicante)
Intuit is seeking Tax Experts to help clients complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) and are bilingual (English/Spanish), we would love to connect with you!
What You Will Do- Help customers complete taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products.
- Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
- Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers.
- Interact with customers via video communication software and document all interactions.

- Work 100% remotely, collaborating with an exceptional team from home or office.
- Minimum 2 years paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
- Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax-preparation experience.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) written and spoken communication skills.
- Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and enhancing the Intuit brand by delighting customers.
- Excellent customer service skills and comfort interacting with customers via video and audio tools.
- Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Base pay range varies by region:
Bay Area, CA – $28.80–$36.50;
Southern CA – $28.80–$36.50;
Colorado – $27.50–$34.80;
Hawaii – $28.80–$36.50;
Illinois – $27.50–$34.80;
Maryland – $27.50–$34.80;
Massachusetts – $28.80–$36.50;
Minnesota – $24.80–$30.30;
New Jersey – $28.80–$36.50;
New York – $28.80–$36.50;
Ohio – $24.80–$30.30;
Vermont – $27.50–$34.80;
Washington – $28.80–$36.50;
Washington DC – $28.80–$36.50.
