Membership Services Representative (Non-Exempt) - PT, Varies/Rotating, Nights, Weekends at Mercy
OverviewThe membership service desk representatives greet members with a positive attitude in any situation. They must be able to multi‑task while maintaining composure and be physically capable of performing all job duties.
Qualifications- Education: High School diploma
- Licensure: None
- Experience: None (Preferred: 6 months to 1 year in customer service)
- Certifications: None (Preferred: CPR certification/AED)
- Other skills: Basic computer skills, good phone etiquette, ability to multi‑task
