Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jackson, MO, for a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will assist clients with their insurance needs by managing accounts, handling customer inquiries, ensuring policy accuracy, and providing solutions to meet their coverage requirements. The role involves maintaining excellent customer relationships, processing policy updates, and coordinating with internal teams to provide comprehensive support.

• Knowledge and experience in Customer Service.
• Proficiency in organizational tasks, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
