First State Community Bank is looking for a fast learning and eager candidate to fill the role of Mortgage Loan Production Coordinator. The Mortgage Loan Production Coordinator position is your steppingstone opportunity into the wide world of mortgage lending.

• Assist the Mortgage Loan Officer on marketing planning, strategic planning, closings and communication with all relevant contacts
• Attend pipeline meetings to assist Mortgage Loan Officer with the family of tasks to be completed

• Complete all necessary training to accurately evaluate and calculate borrower assets, income, capital, and collateral
• Manage calendar to coordinate appraisals, closings, communication with borrowers
• Input and maintain applications in Encompass

• Maintain communication with and working knowledge of key team players to understand expectations of the department as a whole

• Prior sales experience a plus
