About the RoleThe Operations Supervisor will ensure efficient warehouse operations, provide coaching and guidance to frontline associates, and drive continuous improvement. This on-site position has a national salary range of $62,500–70,000, with higher ranges in California and Washington.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, motivate and develop a diverse frontline team, fostering inclusion and belonging.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety.
- Monitor KPIs and operational metrics, reporting performance and recommending improvements.
- Facilitate open communication and collaboration between leadership and associates.
- High School or GED required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 1+ years leadership/operations experience preferred.
- 1+ years logistics industry experience preferred.
- Experience in staff management, workload planning, objective setting, and organizational skills preferred.
