Utilizing the nursing process, you will:

Role: Registered Nurse or Graduate Nurse Resident

Location: Mercy Hospital Southeast, Cape Girardeau, MO

Department: Rehabilitation (ARU/IRF)

Status: Part-Time - 24 hours/week

Shift: 12 Hour Nights (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)

• Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
• No Contract Required!
• Access to an ASN to BSN Bridging Program (up to $16,000)
• Opportunity for a BSN to MSN Bridging Program (up to $16,000)

• Up to $7,500 Sign-On Bonus
• No Contract Required
• Participate in our RN Loan Forgiveness Program to help manage your student loans
• Receive up to $370 per month towards loan payments (with a $20,000 cap)
• Must start with Mercy within 12 months of graduation

  Education:
  
  Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN)
• Licensure: Maintain a current RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or complete within 30 days of hire
• Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Prolonged standing and walking each shift
  • Capability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as needed
