Part Sales Manager – Part Time at ALLDATA (Auto Zone)

Auto Zone’s Store Management team drives store performance, fosters a productive team, and ensures exceptional customer service. Managers and MITs lead by example, deliver WOW! Customer Service, and execute store operations with excellence under the Store Manager’s guidance. This role involves leading sales performance, team development, and providing a high-quality customer experience in the automotive retail field.

• Leadership – Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees, fostering a motivated and engaged team.
• Communication – Maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and employees to ensure smooth operations and positive experiences.
• Metrics – Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business success.
• Process – Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink, and ensure operational efficiency.
• Teamwork – Collaborate with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain seamless operations and customer service excellence.
• Parts Sales & Inventory – Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising.
• Safety & Compliance – Enforce PPE use, promote risk management practices, and uphold safety standards.
• Commercial Account Support – Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
• Problem Solving – Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly while upholding company policies.

• Leadership:

• Exceptional Communication:
