Bartley Healthcare is currently looking for a Social Worker to join our team. Bartley is a beautiful 220‑bed facility located in Jackson, NJ. The Social Worker will work alongside our Director of Social Services to support residents across the facility.
Social Worker Responsibilities- The Social Worker will work with residents in the facility by identifying their psychosocial, mental, and emotional needs and providing, developing, and/or aiding in the access of services to meet those needs. The goal is to ensure residents receive the highest practical level of physical, mental, and psychosocial well‑being and quality of life.
- Work experience in a long‑term care facility (Preferred but not required)
- Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
- MSW, LSW (Preferred)
