Position: Physical Therapist - Pelvic Health
Location: Jackson, NJ
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours weekly
Compensation: $85k-$110k+ annually (experience-based)

Our Jackson Physical Therapy Center seeks a compassionate and driven pelvic health physical therapist to improve access and quality of pelvic health rehabilitation.

Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive evaluations, develop, and appropriately progress individualized treatment plans.
- Provide thorough education to patients and caregivers in an understandable manner, and plan appropriately for discharge when medical necessity no longer indicates skilled therapeutic care.
- Participate in departmental initiatives and communicate effectively with all rehab team members.
- Facilitate professional growth, development, and overall improvement of departmental performance.
- Perform other duties associated with patient care, development of discipline‑specific therapy services, and design of program delivery.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)-accredited school of physical therapy.
- Valid New Jersey State Physical Therapy License/Registration (required to start).
- Prior experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred; entry level/New Graduate acceptable.
- Pelvic floor physical therapist with 1+ year experience preferred; open to mentoring new graduates with pelvic health interest.
