Position: Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)
Location: Ocean County, NJ
Compensation: Starting at $20 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule

3:00 PM - 7:00 PM

4:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Saturday - Sunday:

7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

3:00 PM - 7:00 PM

4:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Reliable transportation is required.

What You’ll Do

• Personal Care:
  Assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, skincare, and mobility
• Meal Preparation:
  Creating simple, nutritious meals according to the patient’s care plan
• Home Management:
  Ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
• Documentation:
  Recording care and activities using Cell Trak
• Team
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Reporting condition changes to RN Case Managers for prompt action

What We’re Looking For

• Valid NJ CHHA license in good standing
• Clear communication skills in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
• Dependable transportation and willingness to travel within Ocean County
