Priority Group Services, a leading NJ homecare provider, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our growing team! In this role, you will play a vital role in assisting patients with daily living activities and promoting their well‑being in the comfort of their homes.

• Assist patients with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help patients with ambulation and transfers, ensuring their safety and mobility.
• Prepare and serve meals, considering dietary restrictions.
• Light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe home environment.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes to healthcare professionals.
• Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive and caring environment.
• Document patient care accurately and completely.

• Holds a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Home Health Aide or in a related caregiving role.
• Valid New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification is required.
• Strong compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and families.
• Patience, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols.

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
