We want a professional who is passionate about ABA and experienced in recruitment to join our team. This unique role combines clinical expertise with talent acquisition to help grow and support our team of ABA professionals.

Location: West Coast (Remote flexibility available)

ABA recruitment experience essential

What You’ll Do:

• Manage recruitment and onboarding of BCBAs.
• Oversee and support clinical caseloads, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement staffing strategies that meet growth goals.
• Utilize social media and digital platforms to promote open positions and enhance employer brand (social media experience a plus).
• Foster warm, supportive relationships with BCBAs, providing mentorship, guidance, and a positive experience throughout their journey with the organization.

Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 per year
