- Full support from directors, including planning and resource time to maintain ratios and classroom resources.
- Coordinate daily operations of assigned classes.
- Plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities for children in a safe environment.
- Work directly with children and parents daily to provide quality customer service.
- Feel a sense of accomplishment through laughter and wonder of children during planned activities.
- Observe children’s interests and collaborate with other teachers to develop engaging curriculum.
- Communicate with parents daily via mobile apps and personal discussions to share children’s latest adventures and achievements.
- Engage with childcare professionals and continue personal growth in your profession.
- Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred.
- 1–2 years of previous experience preferred.
- Successfully completed state‑required pre‑service training.
- Develops relationships and communicates effectively with children, parents, and faculty members.
- Calmly and professionally addresses stressful situations while multitasking to ensure smooth school operations.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. (and, for Infant and Young Toddler Teachers, lift infants into and out of a crib).
- Meets background check eligibility.
