The Financial Advisor is responsible for driving investment production within an assigned territory. This role focuses on delivering personalized investment guidance to both bank-affiliated and external clients, offering a range of solutions including mutual funds, annuities, and fee-based advisory accounts.

The advisor partners closely with licensed bankers, providing coaching and support to enhance investment referral and sales activity. Collaboration with internal business partners—such as trust, insurance, and other wealth services—is essential to identify opportunities and deliver comprehensive financial solutions.

• Proactively prospect and develop new client relationships
• Assess client financial goals and risk tolerance to recommend appropriate investment and insurance solutions
• Deliver a consistently high-quality experience to clients and prospects
• Open and service investment and insurance accounts, including monitoring transactions, transfers, exchanges, and service requests
• Participate in seminars, branch meetings, training sessions, and community events to support business development efforts
• Partner with retail and other business lines to cross-refer clients for additional financial services
• Train, coach, and support licensed bankers and branch staff on investment-related activities

• Active State Life & Health insurance licenses
• FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 (or Series 63 and 65) required
• Solid understanding of core investment products, including mutual funds and fixed and variable annuities
• Strong understanding of investment markets
• Prior experience in investment sales or a related field
• Experience coaching, mentoring, or developing others preferred, including providing input into performance feedback
