Full‑Time Details

Full‑time employees are eligible for PTO, health, dental, vision coverage, generous new‑employee & client referral bonuses, quarterly awards and bonuses, career advancement, and more.

  • Pay is weekly, either at an hourly rate or negotiated salary (with minimum # recerts required per week).
  • Typical travel distances: a 60‑90‑minute radius daily (or less) + up to 2 hours on occasion, with the option for overtime as available (not required).
  • Opportunities for advancement into administrative, QA & compliance, and other leadership positions are available over time (though not required).
Part‑Time Details

Part‑time employees are eligible for generous new‑employee & client referral bonuses, quarterly awards and bonuses, career advancement, and more.

  • Pay is hourly, every week.
  • Typical travel distances: up to a 1‑hour radius daily (or less) + additional hours for further distances as willing / available.
  • Opportunities to evolve into a full‑time position available after 90 days if desired (not required).
Role Details

Exact travel locations and daily shifts are customizable based on your availability and willingness to travel.

  • Typical hours:
    Monday‑Friday, 8am‑5pm.
  • Round‑trip / Door‑to‑Door mileage reimbursement provided.

Typical visits take place during a 8am‑5pm weekday schedule; many clients attend school and cannot be seen until 3‑5pm, so this role requires occasional outside‑of‑schedule visits.

Services include starts of care (SOC), recertifications, resumptions of care (ROC), assessments, orientations, supervisory reviews, and may require a few weekly visits.

At least two years of experience in home health is required. Must have experience with OASIS and non‑OASIS assessments.
