We are seeking a highly-skilled home health LPN or RN to join our agency as a Private Duty Nurse (PDN) or Visit Nurse to care for clients in Jackson, Wellston, Piketon, McArthur and surrounding areas
. 1+ years of home care experience, or equivalent care environments, is highly preferred; home health nursing experience is a plus.

• Flexible, customizable schedules.
  • PRNs have varying hours and shifts week to week, with the possibility of some weeks having no hours at all.
  • Those seeking additional cases / hours have the option to start with PRN or PT hours and receive first priority to add additional clients/shifts after 3 months successful employment (or sooner with travel).
• Autonomy in a positive, client-centered culture, with excellent Quality and Compliance support + training for all caregivers and clinicians.
• Report to experienced RN Case Managers and Clinical RN Administrators, not non-clinical business managers.

Our pay ranges are competitive, based on region/geography pay scale, employee qualifications and certifications, experience, skill specializations, positive employment & job tenure history, positive professional references, and overall client & team fit.

• HCN Hourly Staff is paid weekly, on Fridays, via direct deposit into your bank account.

Hourly Wages:

• RNs: $34 - $35 per hour
• LPNs: $26 - $28 per hour

• Active LPN or RN license in good standing, with the ability to practice in the State of Ohio.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a home healthcare setting, acute care setting, or equivalent nursing experience is required. A passion for providing excellent in-home care is a must.
