American Traveler is hiring an RN for an Emergency Department position requiring an OH or compact RN license and at least 1 year of active RN experience.

• Work in a hospital Emergency Department
• Patient ratio of 4:1
• Night shift schedule (3x12 hours, 7p-7a)
• No on-call requirements, but weekend shifts required
• Floating required if needed, per facility policy
• Uses Paragon charting system

• Active OH RN license or compact RN license required
• Minimum 1 year of active RN experience required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• PALS certification preferred
• Charting system experience required
• Skills in cardiac monitoring, dysrhythmia management, IV therapy/phlebotomy, central line care, IV vasopressors, and medication administration
• Respiratory care skills including BiPAP/CPAP management and care of ventilated patients
• Proficiency in isolation precautions/PPE and triage
• US citizenship required

• Provide emergency nursing care including triage and emergency response
• Any solid color scrubs permitted
• Travelers must live outside a 50 mile radius of the facility to qualify for the travel rate
