Responsibilities- Draft clear, concise, and professional documents (reports, memos, letters, presentations, etc.)
- Manage superior’s correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up on internal and external communications.
- Internal & External Coordination
- Act as the key liaison between superior and internal teams, facilitating smooth cross-departmental collaboration and promptly resolving coordination challenges.
- Meeting & Event Management
- Efficiently manage the superior’s schedule appointments. Plan and execute meetings, workshops, and events for superior, including agenda setting, logistics, and participant coordination.
- Accurately record meeting minutes, track action items, and ensure follow-through to completion.
- Complex Task & Project Management Support
- Independently manage complex tasks and ad-hoc projects assigned by superior, demonstrating strong project management skills and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Master’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 3 years’ experience in supply chain management assistant or professional, or in a similar role, within large multinational enterprises, especially those with experience in German companies preferred.
- Proven project management experience with a track record of handling operational projects efficiently.
- Good interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Exceptional logical thinking and critical reasoning abilities, good at independent analysis and problem solving.
- Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) for international communication; basic proficiency in German is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- Highly proactive, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
