• Speak daily with property owners to analyze motivation, condition, and timeline
• Lead structured acquisition conversations to determine if a deal makes sense—for both sides
• Present clear, honest purchase offers aligned with company criteria
• Follow up relentlessly and professionally until a clear outcome is reached
• Take ownership of your pipeline—you are responsible for movement, not excuses
• Accurately document conversations, numbers, and next steps in the CRM
• Evaluate feedback from leadership and apply coaching to improve conversion and performance
• Collaborate with dispositions and leadership to ensure clean handoffs and strong deal quality
