Our concrete finishers are responsible for the final quality of structures we build for state DOTs and local communities. This work ensures bridge decks, roadway slabs, curbs, and sidewalks meet the required standards for safety, durability, and appearance.

Responsibilities in our bridge concrete finisher jobs and road construction concrete jobs can include:

• Screeding freshly poured concrete to the correct level
• Floating, edging, troweling, and jointing surfaces by hand or machine

We’re currently hiring workers with:

• 2+ years of experience finishing concrete (bridge or road projects preferred)
• Ability to read blueprints and finish to grade
• Familiarity with curing compounds and DOT specifications
• Comfortable working outdoors in fast-paced environments
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification (preferred)
