What does a day as an E Branch Call Agent look like?
  • Assist members with all financial transactions via phone, email, and web channels.
  • Meet and exceed established member‑service standards in all interactions.
  • Answer phones efficiently while maintaining service standards.
  • Maintain accurate and complete information on member accounts.
  • Work directly with members to assist in their financial growth through product referral.
  • Provide excellent service through digital interactions.
Schedule

Hours are 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday. The 6:00 pm shift rotates and may require overtime, but we support work‑life balance. The E‑Branch is open from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturdays, with Saturday pay (time and a half) for all hours worked. Saturday coverage rotates.

Qualifications
  • High school education or GED.
  • Preferably 6 months or more of experience in a financial institution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, friendly, and professional service to all members and coworkers.
