We’re looking for a dependable, friendly Laundromat Attendant to help keep a local laundromat clean, welcoming, and running smoothly. A steady work history is especially important for this role. The ideal candidate also has experience handling cash and serving customers, and enjoys helping people.
What you’ll do- Welcome customers and answer questions in a friendly, helpful manner
- Handle cash and customer payments accurately
- Keep the laundromat, machines, and customer areas clean and organized
- Help customers with basic questions about the machines and services
- Check the facility and report maintenance or safety concerns
- Assist with other daily tasks as needed
- A reliable attendance record and a history of staying in previous jobs
- Previous cash-handling experience
- Previous customer service experience
- A friendly, patient, and respectful approach with customers
- The ability to work independently and keep the facility presentable
