Apple Gate Recovery, a division of Bay Mark Health Services, is a multi‑site, multi‑service organization providing opioid use disorder treatment and rehabilitation for patients across the country. Providing high quality, patient‑centered treatment for addiction to prescription medications and other opioids remains the focus of Apple Gate’s clinics. Combining evidence‑based, medication‑assisted treatment with counseling and behavioral services, Apple Gate offers the most successful option for many patients.

• Admit patients for treatment.
• Cover absences for the Medical Director during vacations, addiction meetings, and personal absences.
• Obtain a history and physical exam.
• Document into the EMR and enter orders for methadone dosing or write a buprenorphine prescription.
• Consistently monitor patient dosages in conjunction with the Treatment Center Director.
• Consult on high‑risk patients and conduct annual medication reviews.
• Perform other related duties as determined by supervisor.

• Boarded certified in Addiction Medicine preferred (non‑addiction physicians will also be considered).
• Must be licensed and in good standing in the state of TN.
• Must be able to interact compassionately with a diverse population.
• Must pass a satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check.
