Make a Difference! Become a Local Coordinator for High School Exchange Students

Join Education Travel & Culture (ETC), a 501(c)(3) non‑profit dedicated to enriching the lives of young individuals through transformative cultural exchange programs in the United States and abroad. We are looking for self‑motivated, well‑networked individuals who are eager to make a positive impact within their community.

• Identify, recruit and screen qualified host families.
• Establish and nurture relationships with potential host families, school administrators, and community influencers.
• Engage in person with exchange students, host families, and local high schools including monthly meetings, group activities, and periodic orientations.
• Represent and promote ETC in the community through social media, email marketing, press releases, local media, and other avenues.

• Independent contractor position, family‑friendly and flexible (10‑20 hours/month). Much of the work can be performed from home.
• Annual performance‑based incentive trips including international travel.
• Potential for growth into a management position.
• Opportunity to mentor and support exchange students and volunteer families throughout the year.

Up to $1,700 per full‑year student (including placement and oversight). Additional bonuses and incentives are available and are not limited.

• Must be able to drive for in‑person visits.
• Live within 75 miles of the listed city.
• Have a valid driver’s license.
