Job Summary

The Student Success Coordinator is a full-time, twelve-month professional position responsible for advancing institutional retention, persistence, and student success outcomes through data-informed advising support, early alert interventions, and strategic academic success programming. As a key member of the Lane Institute, this role serves as a central connector between academic advising, predictive analytics, academic support services, and co-curricular engagement efforts across Lane College.

In partnership with Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, Career Services, Enrollment Management, and Athletics, the Student Success Coordinator supports guided pathways, academic recovery, and co-curricular engagement initiatives that promote student momentum from entry through completion.
