• Direct design, modification, and testing of air compressor systems and components.
• Oversee department projects, ensuring cost-effective, high-quality results.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and marketing teams on product planning.
• Analyze trends, develop budgets, and recommend new technologies.
• Manage, coach, develop, and motivate a high-performing team of 4 Product Engineers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; advanced degree preferred.
• Skilled in CAD/CAM and SAP systems.
• Experienced in manufacturing environments with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Strong communicator with strategic thinking and leadership abilities.
• Be able to do the job as described.
