Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As a Member Solutions Representative, you will be the first point of contact between members and our member solutions department. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Contacting delinquent accounts by phone, mail, and text message. Taking appropriate action to bring the account current or creating a payment plan.
  • Analyzing the financial situation of delinquent borrowers and making recommendations on how to remedy the delinquency. This could include payment plans and repossession of assets.
  • Maintaining accurate files and reports on all collections activities on assigned accounts. Accurately maintaining documentation necessary to fully detail activities on assigned accounts.
  • Informing management of trends being noted within delinquent files.
  • Testifying at legal proceedings as required. Interacting with attorneys, law enforcement agencies, etc. as necessary.
Schedule

Our hours for this position are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Sometimes giving top‑notch member service may require a little overtime, but we value work‑life balance and do our best to limit this.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has 2+ years of related or relevant experience
  • A high school degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of Products (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
  • Must maintain a professional, courteous, and friendly atmosphere for members and co‑workers
  • Must have very strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
