Ally Psychiatry is seeking dedicated Psychiatric Physician Assistants (PAs) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) to join our growing team in Jackson, TN. This is an onsite Full‑time OP role (M‑F).

- Deliver high‑quality inpatient and/or outpatient psychiatric care.

- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation standards.

- Current licensure as a Physician Assistant (PA) with psychiatric experience or a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in the state you are applying to.
- Board Certification as a PA or PMHNP.
- Must have DEA or have the ability and qualifications to obtain it prior to start.
- Prior experience preferred in providing mental health counseling services within a clinical setting.
- Must possess a State License to practice and it must be in good standing.
- Must possess the knowledge base in health promotion maintenance, advanced pathophysiology, advanced health assessment and pharmacology.
