Flagship Therapy seeks a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant to support our in-house rehab program in Decaturville, TN. Start making a difference!

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with cognitive and/or physical functioning disorders, under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Administer ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and use of assistive devices, under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Assess patient progress and communicate with supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust treatments per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Report treatment outcome effectiveness to the supervising Occupational Therapist.

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current and active State license/registration where applicable.
• All levels of experience welcome.
