** full-time position with 30+ guaranteed hours every week**. Lead Caregivers work with a variety of clients, help start care for new clients, and step in when urgent or unexpected staffing needs arise.

** What You'll Do
** As a Lead Caregiver, you'll provide hands-on care while helping our team maintain dependable service for our clients.
* Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and mobility assistance
* Step in for urgent or last-minute caregiver call-offs
* Start care with new clients and help create a positive first experience
* Build trusting relationships with clients and their families
* Provide companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders
* Observe and report changes in clients' conditions
* Complete accurate and timely care documentation
* Communicate professionally with clients, families, caregivers, and office staff
* Set the standard for dependable, compassionate, high-quality care## Qualifications###
** Qualifications**
* ** 3+ years of professional caregiving experience
*** Experience in home care, senior care, personal care, CNA, Home Health Aide (HHA), Direct Support Professional (DSP), or a related caregiving role
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Excellent attendance and a proven record of dependability
* Comfortable working with different clients and adapting to changing assignments
* Able to respond to urgent staffing needs during scheduled availability
* Valid driver's license
* Reliable transportation and current auto insurance
* Ability to successfully complete required background screening###
