• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer literacy
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task with high energy and a positive attitude
• Strong problem-solving and reasoning skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Primary Duty
• Ability to follow policies and procedures according to federal, state, and company standards
• Thoroughly screen and interview candidates before placement on assignment
• Track communication of company policies and procedures, important dates, and counseling sessions with all associates and clients
• Conduct plant tours and client visits

• Experience with E-Verify and background checks
• Knowledge of staffing industry policies and procedures
• Familiarity with recruitment software and technology

• Associate's degree or higher in a related field
• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a recruitment or staffing environment

• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen and E-Verify
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours
