Store Manager – Take 5 Oil Change

Experience is valued but not required. Successful employees come from diverse backgrounds—servers, restaurant workers, mechanics, retail, landscaping, etc. All you need is a willingness to learn, work hard, and bring a positive attitude.

• Recruit, interview, and train new crew members
• Create crew schedules and submit payroll
• Control inventory: conduct end‑of‑period (EOP) and end‑of‑year (EOY) inventory
• Place product orders and restock inventory as necessary
• Understand the shop’s financials to drive results and use the budget wisely
• Conduct quarterly employee evaluations
• Support crew members with duties such as oil changes and other auto services
• Drain motor oil, change oil filters, and perform other auto services as needed
• Provide excellent customer service

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3‑ft deep pit to position yourself safely under cars
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning
• Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop
• Must be willing to work early hours and up to 55 hours per week on occasion
• Must have basic computer operating skills
