Required

• Thorough understanding of policies and best practices of risk management.

• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to prepare reports and policies.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Supervisory experience managing maintenance teams.
• Knowledge of FAA rules and regulations, OSHA standards, and airport safety protocols.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, landscaping, and grounds maintenance.
• Familiarity with snow removal planning and execution.
• Ability to train and mentor staff.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, planning, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to multi‑task and use radio communication systems effectively.
• Professional, courteous, and friendly demeanor.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Commitment to safety, efficiency, and customer service excellence.
• At least one to five years of related experience preferred.
• Valid State of Tennessee Driver’s License.
