Cell Leader / Production Manager

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Material Handler to join our facility. You will be responsible for ensuring the safe and accurate movement of materials, maintaining inventory, and supporting production.

• Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and transport them to designated areas.
• Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Organize and maintain inventory levels.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment to move materials as needed.
• Ensure that all safety procedures are followed when handling materials.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area.
• Partner with operators and cell leaders to move materials to and from production cells to create continual production.
• Help on production lines as time permits.
• Maintain quality compliance of product according to customer specifications.
• Participate in efficiency improvements throughout the plant.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of forklift driving experience.
• Ability to operate a forklift and other material handling equipment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of Plex ERP system and inventory transactions.
• Demonstrated experience in driving efficiency improvements.
• Strong quality mindset and a drive for perfection.

The employee must frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision. The employee is regularly required to sit, use hands to handle and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk and reach with hands and arms, stoop/crouch, bend or twist. The employee is occasionally required to push, pull, and/or move material and work in awkward positions.

The work environment is typical of most manufacturing environments. The noise level is usually high with ear protection required.
