A Cycle Counter is responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity. The Cycle Counter monitors warehouse, production, and performs cycle counting duties to ensure that all materials are properly verified and reflective of reported inventory. Duties also include miscellaneous store/stockroom activities to maintain inventory accuracy through proper processing of material receipts, transfers, and issues.

• Monitoring inventory levels within the plant
• Maintain product identification and location program
• Research and reconcile inventory discrepancies
• Complete physical inventories, cycle counts, random or receipt audits, and reconciliations
• Resolve inventory problems promptly
• Document damaged product during the cycle count process
• Input cycle count data (daily counts)
• Transfer or move materials as needed

• Work in a non‑climate‑controlled environment, heat and cold
• Use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls
• Stand prolonged periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Hear sounds and differentiate between them
• Visual understanding of distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus, and color vision

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Relevant warehouse experience within the last 5 years
• Recent experience with cycle counting/inventory
• Certified to operate forklift/reach truck at current or previous company
• Computer literate, Word, Excel, and experience in any WMS (SAP preferred)
• Work efficiently in a fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environment, maintaining correct data
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Organizational skills, detail oriented
