-7:00 pm/ Nights: 6:45pm-7:00am*

* Annual Gainshare Bonus We are looking for Production Line Operators! The Production Line Operator is responsible for the day-to-day duties in running equipment to produce quality product, safely and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities
* Work in a safe manner at all times while following all safety policies and procedures.
* Maintains a clean and safe work environment. Identifies any potential safety hazards to Supervisor or HSE Manager to promote the “Zero and Beyond” safety goal/initiative.
* Operators are responsible for continuously monitoring and maintaining product quality based on established standards including visual and mechanical inspection of product.
* Performing setups in accordance with established procedure.
* Loading/unloading equipment.
* Work from written and verbal instructions, procedures, and work orders.
* Maintaining and logging all information required supporting traceability and quality.
* Participating in cross-training activities
* Performing other duties as required or directed.

Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED from accredited institution.
* Basic mathematic skills; adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and basic percentages.
* Must be able to pass background check and drug test.
* Willing to work 12-hour shifts, weekends, and holidays.
* Prior manufacturing experience is a plus.
* You must be able to stand up to 12 hours per day.
* You must be able to push/pull up to 50 pounds multiple times per day.
* You must be able to lift up to 35 pounds occasionally.
* You must be able to demonstrate mechanical and computer skills.
* Opportunity to be trained and drive fork-lift if needed.
* Must be able to work in a High Performing Team Environment with limited supervision.
