• Provide direct patient care aligned with the individualized care plan and physician orders.
• Observe patient conditions, monitor vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments.
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses to report findings and execute care plans.

• Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• One year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting is preferred.
