American Traveler is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN with recent Epic experience and required certifications for circulating in various surgical specialties.
Responsibilities- Operating Room position in a hospital setting
- Circulate in a variety of cases including craniotomies, laparoscopic, and endovascular surgeries (excluding CV Surgery)
- Day shift schedule: 8:45 a.m. to 9:15 p.m.
- Weekend on-call required 1-2 times per month
- Holiday on-call shifts as applicable
- Uses Epic EMR system and Epic experience within the last 12 months is required
- Must be able to independently circulate a wide range of surgical cases
- First-time travelers and local candidates are accepted at the same rate
- Holiday on-call shifts may be assigned
- Active RN license (TN or Compact)
- Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience
- Current AHA BLS certification
- NIH Stroke Scale certification required
- Recent experience circulating in all surgical areas except CV Surgery
- Epic EMR experience within the past 12 months
