Job OverviewThe Twelve Stone Infusion Centers LLC manages the infusion needs of patients and maintains the continuum of care, from intake, assessment, and treatment through the completion of their visit. Our primary focus is the safe and effective administration of biologic medications (e.g., Remicade, Tysabri, etc.), but we also offer a full range of infusion services including, but not limited to, antibiotics, hydration, vitamins, iron, and steroids.
On occasion there is a need for sterile dressing changes and lab draws.
We are currently hiring a Registered Nurse for our infusion center located in Jackson, TN. You will be the RN responsible for safely and efficiently delivering infusion therapy to our customers suffering from chronic diseases and acute medical illnesses.
Responsibilities- Perform analysis of patient data including status of lab work and patient assessments.
- Report changes to the referring physician and make recommendations for patient care.
- Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments.
- Provide patient education and participate in clinic quality improvement processes.
- Administer medications, infusion therapy, and other appropriate treatments per prescriber orders, under the supervision of the clinic mid‑level provider.
- Document, verify, and ensure implementation of physician orders with accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Deliver care with appropriate age and cultural competence to specific patient populations, maintaining confidentiality and providing care in a non‑judgmental, non‑discriminatory manner.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Associate degree in Nursing, and current, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification (BLS minimum, including hands‑on/in‑person assessment).
• Minimum of one year’s experience providing nursing care preferred; infusion experience preferred.
• Telephone, MS Office, and computer/keyboard skills required; previous EMR experience preferred.

- Ability to lift packages of up to 10 lbs.
- Prior experience with typing, computers, and electronic medical records.
- Ability to consistently present a friendly, welcoming, and professional approach to patient care.
